Dr. Randy Alejo
Courtney has over 10 years of nursing experience in Emergency Medicine, Labor & Delivery, and Aesthetics.
With a calm, clinical eye and a heart for empowering her clients, she’s been injecting since 2020 and is currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree. Her specialty is creating natural, refined results while making sure every client feels educated, aligned, and confident in their skin.
Outside of Alchemy, you’ll find her boating, at the gym, exploring the PNW with family and friends, or hopping on a plane to her next adventure.

With a decade of experience as an RN in both Labor & Delivery and Aesthetics, Aleigh is known for her intuitive, uplifting energy and deeply personalized care.
She blends wellness, artistry, and education to deliver results that feel natural and aligned. A Gig Harbor native, Aleigh is passionate about building community and creating a space that feels like home.
When she’s not with clients, she’s often on the water with her husband and two young boys, spending time with family and friends, or practicing meditation and breath work.

Selena is a Licensed Master Esthetician and Certified Phlebotomist with a passion for healthy, radiant skin. A graduate of the Euro Institute of Skin Care with advanced training from the Washington Laser Institute, she combines expertise with a thoughtful, results-driven approach.
She specializes in microneedling, facials, and dermaplaning—treatments that deliver visible results and lasting confidence. Her skincare must-have is ZO Daily Power Defense for keeping skin strong, hydrated, and protected.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Selena enjoys spending time with loved ones or relaxing at home with her two cats. A true Taurus, she values balance—working hard, embracing life’s little luxuries, and prioritizing self-care.
