Our Philosophy
Courtney Fulton, RN
Courtney brings over a decade of nursing experience across Emergency Medicine, Labor & Delivery, and Aesthetics, with a steady, clinical approach that prioritizes safety, precision, and thoughtful results. She has been performing aesthetic injections since 2020, developing advanced skill in facial anatomy, assessment, and technique, and is known for delivering natural, refined outcomes that enhance rather than alter.
Deeply committed to excellence, Courtney is continuously pursuing advanced trainings and continuing education to stay at the forefront of evidence-based aesthetic practice. She believes informed clients are empowered clients and takes time to educate, collaborate, and build trust at every visit—ensuring each treatment plan is personalized, intentional, and aligned with the client’s goals.
Courtney is currently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner program, with anticipated graduation in April 2026, and will step into the role of Medical Director upon completion—further strengthening Alchemy’s commitment to high clinical standards and ethical care.
Outside the clinic, Courtney enjoys boating, staying active in the gym, exploring the Pacific Northwest with family and friends, and traveling whenever she can.

Aleigh Stewart, RN
Aleigh brings over a decade of nursing experience in Labor & Delivery and Aesthetics, with a presence that is both grounding and deeply attuned to the individuals she serves. Known for her intuitive, compassionate approach, Aleigh excels at creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
Her approach to aesthetics is holistic and highly personalized, blending technical skill, artistry, and wellness to create results that feel natural, balanced, and aligned with each client’s unique features and goals. Aleigh has a remarkable ability to read subtle cues—both physical and emotional—allowing her to tailor treatments in a way that feels thoughtful, intentional, and confidence-building.
Aleigh is deeply committed to ongoing growth and continuing education, continually expanding her knowledge and skills to remain at the forefront of safe, evidence-based aesthetic practice. She actively pursues advanced aesthetic trainings, and both her and Courtney believe that learning together strengthens not only their individual practice but the elevated standard of care they provide at Alchemy.
A Gig Harbor native at heart, Aleigh is passionate about building community and cultivating a clinic environment that feels welcoming, calm, and restorative—a place where clients feel at home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the water with her husband and two young boys, connecting with extended family and friends, and nurturing her own wellness through meditation and breathwork.

Selena
Selena is a Licensed Master Esthetician and Certified Phlebotomist with a passion for healthy, radiant skin. A graduate of the Euro Institute of Skin Care with advanced training from the Washington Laser Institute, she combines expertise with a thoughtful, results-driven approach.
She specializes in microneedling, facials, and dermaplaning—treatments that deliver visible results and lasting confidence. Her skincare must-have is ZO Daily Power Defense for keeping skin strong, hydrated, and protected.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Selena enjoys spending time with loved ones or relaxing at home with her two cats. A true Taurus, she values balance—working hard, embracing life’s little luxuries, and prioritizing self-care.
